Ten years ago, I launched Dynamic Resume Solutions after experiencing a layoff along with 400 other people on the same day, at the now defunct Conti Financial Corp. The experience taught me many lessons, but most importantly, that life-changing event enables me to relate on various levels to the struggles job seekers encounter in today’s competitive job market and I recognize that career transition, whether by choice or circumstance, can be very stressful!

For the past 10 years, I have dedicated my efforts to giving clients the expert career guidance they want, need, and deserve. Due to my unwavering industry commitment and continuing education, I have proudly earned the top industry credentials of Master Career Director (MCD), Certified Master Resume Writer (CMRW), and Certified Internet Job Search Expert (CIJSE). Additionally, I was presented the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award (as one of only 11 recipients) for attaining the highest performance standards in the career services profession. 

Having previously spent 15 years in the business world (primarily in start-up divisions), my specialty niche is working with job seekers in various areas of business including sales, marketing, operations, and executive management. I also have an affinity for working with dedicated professionals in hospitality management, academia/education, and law enforcement.

I have partnered with hundreds of career-minded professionals across the United States, offering clients Strategic Resume Development, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Summaries, Biographies, Targeted Internet Research, Job Search Coaching, along with value-added products to hone interviewing skills such as, DISCover Assessments and Win The View™ Presentations.

Recognized as a global leader in Career Directors International (CDI), I have been honored to serve as a judge to “raise the bar” in the resume writing field for the Toast of the Industry Awards and World’s Best Resume Writer Competition. Also, I collaborate regularly with my esteemed colleagues as a member of the Certification Committee to uphold the standards and integrity of resume writing practices for new and experienced writers.

During my three-year stint as the exclusive professional resume writing expert for Montgomery County Woman and Bucks County Women’s Journal, I was published 25+ times in career-related articles and resume writing books. Additionally, my business was featured in The Reporter in Lansdale, PA to promote September’s annual “Update Your Resume Month.”

Over the last couple of years, you may find me critiquing job seeker resumes at National Career Fair and Coast-to-Coast Career Fair events in King of Prussia, PA and Philadelphia, PA. Previous to that, I conducted resume seminars for small groups on, “Creating an Interview-Winning Resume for Today’s Job Market” at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, PA and other venues in Lansdale, PA and Philadelphia, PA.

I lived in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for most of my life. Now I call Reading, PA my home and LOVE living in beautiful Berks County with my husband and two boys! I relocated my business in September 2005 and continue to serve clients virtually in my home-based business.
