In May 2001, Darlene launched Dynamic Resume Solutions in Harleysville, PA after experiencing a massive layoff, at the now defunct Conti Financial Corporation. Therefore, she recognizes that career transition, whether by choice or circumstance, can be stressful, and has the genuine desire to help others while “making a difference” and building the much-needed confidence that job seekers require to market themselves strategically.
