After experiencing a layoff in the financial services industry along with 400 other people on the same day, I launched Dynamic Resume Solutions in 2001 (12 years ago). The experience taught me many lessons, but most importantly, that life-changing event enables me to relate on various levels to the struggles job seekers encounter with "standing out from the crowd" in  today’s competitive job market.

Armed with the genuine desire to help others while "making a difference" in people's lives, I empower job seekers by helping them land the ideal job in their field (and industry) of interest, reduce the stress associated with the overwhelming process of conducting a job search, and build the confidence they need to market themselves well during the interview process.

I recognize that career transition, whether by choice or circumstance, can be very stressful. Due to my unwavering commitment and continuing education, I have dedicated my efforts exclusively to the resume writing and career industry to continually give clients the expert guidance they want, need, and deserve. After proudly earning the top industry credentials of Master Career Director (MCD) and Certified Master Resume Writer (CMRW) in 2011, I was presented the CDI Lifetime Achievement Award (as one of only 11 recipients to date) for attaining the highest standards of performance in the career services profession.

Having previously spent 15 years in the business world, I particularly enjoyed the challenge and diversity of helping to launch start-up divisions. My specialty is working with job seekers in various areas of business including: Sales & Business Development, Public Relations & Marketing Communications, and Operations Management. I also have an affinity for working with dedicated professionals in Hospitality Management, Academia & Education, and Law Enforcement.

Recognized as a global leader in Career Directors International (CDI), I have been honored to serve as a judge to “raise the bar” in the resume writing field for the Toast of the Industry Awards and World’s Best Resume Writer Competition. Also, I collaborate regularly with my esteemed colleagues as a member of the Certification Committee to uphold the standards and integrity of resume writing practices for new and experienced writers.

During my three-year stint as the exclusive professional resume writing expert for Montgomery County Woman and Bucks County Women’s Journal, I was published 25+ times in career-related articles and resume writing books. Additionally, my business was featured in The Reporter in Lansdale, PA to promote September’s annual “Update Your Resume Month.”

Over the last few years, I have volunteered my time to critique job seeker resumes and provide career advice at several National Career Fair and other job fair events in King of Prussia, PA, Philadelphia, PA, and Willow Grove, PA. Previous to that, I conducted resume seminars for small groups on, “Creating an Interview-Winning Resume for Today’s Job Market” at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell and other venues in Lansdale, PA and Philadelphia, PA.

Prior to becoming a resume writer, my expertise was heavily relied upon in marketing, administration, and quality control within the financial services industry. I am a graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

I lived in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for most of my life. Now I call Reading, PA my home and love living in beautiful Berks County with my husband and two boys. I relocated my business in September 2005 and continue to serve clients virtually in my home-based business.
