As a member in good standing of Career Directors International (CDI), I adhere to the following:

• Be sensitive to client needs and compassionate in providing advice, products, and services in meeting the client's specific career goals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with every client, revealing information by written authorization of client.
• Furnish clients with professional products and services that will enhance their abilities to achieve their career goals and objectives regardless of ethnic origin, physical disability, or background.
• Stay abreast of new and emerging trends, formats, styles and techniques in career development, resume writing, employment and economic trends to better satisfy client career objectives.
• Comply with all legal obligations in providing and delivering professional services in a timely manner.
• Be cognizant that member contact with the public portrays the image of the association and reflects on the career development, resume writing and employment service industries.
• Deliver the services and products promised to the client and be truthful in guiding, advising and coaching clients in all aspects of the career development, resume writing and employment industries.
• Be responsible and actively responsive to the community through participation in community activities; and offer professional advice and information pertaining to the career development, resume writing and employment fields.

As a member in good standing of National Resume Writers’ Association (NRWA), I pledge to:

• Accurately and fairly advertise products, services, and business qualifications according to commonly recognized and accepted business practices and local, state and federal laws.
• Comply with all legal obligations and licensing laws in providing professional services.
• Remain sensitive to individual client needs and be compassionate in providing advice, products, and services to meet clients' specific objectives.
• Provide or recommend materials and services that will enhance our clients' abilities to achieve goals without regard to race, gender, or religion.
• Deliver to our clients what was promised and be truthful in guiding, advising, and counseling clients at all times.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest résumé and employment trends, as well as current market and hiring trends that will affect our clientele.
• Guarantee complete client confidentiality at all times. In doing so, only information relevant to the job search and the normal conduct of business will be solicited from client. This information will not be shared, in part, or in whole, with anyone outside our organizations, without expressed and signed consent of the client.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
